Based on the BL manga written and illustrated by Kei Ichikawa, the Blue Sky Complex live-action series will premiere on the VR streaming platform 360Channel on February 27.
The series will air for five episodes, and fans will find themselves thrown into the romance story of Narasaki and Natsuk in an immersive VR experience. The adaptation was filmed with a stereoscopic 360-degree camera, which allows viewers to freely move their viewpoints at any moment. The 3D sound system also allows the audience to listen to the sound pouring down from all directions.
In addition, “two focus images” are prepared for each episode, so viewers can compare both focusing on the emotions of Natsuki and Motochika, respectively. A set of all five episodes, each lasting 5 to 10 minutes, will also be available, and for a limited time, tickets will also be sold with special offers that include merchandise and a video of the making of the drama.
