Shueisha Games announced during the INDIE Live Expo 2023 that the PC/console version of Soulvars will release on June 27, 2023 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and DMM Game Player. The announcement also comes with a new key visual drawn by manga artist Shiro Usazaki, who worked on Act-age and Kimi to Aoi Yoru no.
Developed by ginolabo, Soulvars features a deck-building battle system known as the Soul Bit System. With over 100 Arts that can be activated by combining hand commands known as Soul Bits, and the ability to control the hand through abilities. While facing powerful attacks and status ailments of the Dominators, you must choose a move that suits the battle situation in order to win. Despite its initial release for smartphones in 2022, the game registered a hit and is now coming to PC/console platforms.
The game will support Japanese, English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Hindi, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Korean languages.
