▍About Gundam: Poetry of Steel
In the title players act as a commander of their own elite squad of mobile suits, combining their unique strengths with smart tactics and strategy to overwhelm the opponent with minimal losses. The game is said to feature a complex AI system, and will also allow for single-player and multi-player battles.
The game will also be rendered entirely in 3D, in contrast to many other G-Generation or SD Gundam strategy games which combine a mix of 2D visuals and sometimes 3D models when animating the action. The game also features a model inspection mechanic that lets you check out each moobile suit in extreme detail from polish of its chassis and more.
The game contains a collection of storylines from several Gundam series, letting players recreate some of the most iconic moments of each character from the protagonists’s awakening to piloting a Gundam, to the shocking realities of war, and the brutal clashes they have to undergo. To help make these moments feel even more authentic, the developers invited the voice actors of each of these series to redub their iconic lines for action sequences.
