It hasn’t even been a year after release, but Ateam’s mobile RPG Houkago Girls Tribe (放課後ガールズトライブ) has already decided to call it quits. The game will stop running starting 29th November 2017.
Launched on 22nd December 2016, the title has received much love for its character design, which was done by Shinichiro Otsuka, illustrator of light novel series Re: Zero -Starting Life in Another World-. It also features a strong cast of voice actress, including Saori Hayami, Ayane Sakura, Maaya Uchida, etc..
Regarding this sudden decision, the developer explained: “We cannot see a future with running it”.
In this very last month, chapter 9, chapter 10, and all other side stories will be unlocked since 25th October for players to complete the story. In-game purchases will be available until 31st October.
