The great To Love-Ru harem may return! The manga has hinted at a new serialisation in the latest issue of Jump. The manga title is not explicitly stated, but the announcement page features an illustration of To Love-Ru’s Lala Satalin Deviluke.
It is said that the new series illustrated by Kentaro Yabuki (矢吹 健太朗) is coming in January 2018 on Shonen Jump Plus – Weekly Shonen Jump’s web manga site. More info will be made available on 16th December in Jump Festa 2018.
Written by Saki Hasemi (長谷見 沙貴) and illustrated by Yabuki, To Love-Ru (ToLOVEる) was first published in Weekly Shonen Jump between 2006 and 2009. A second series, To Love-Ru Darkness ran between 2010 and 2017 in Jump Square. The story revolves around gentle and kind Rito Yuki. A pure high school who can get embarrassed even by females in swimsuits, he unintentionally builds a harem consisting of aliens and classmates after an accidental confession to alien girl Lala.
Three TV anime series have been made. A mobile game spin-off is available for download.
