Coming TV anime series Caligula (Caligula ‐カリギュラ‐) has updated the official site to reveal a teaser trailer and two key visuals.
The show, which will air in April soon, is written by Touko Machida and directed by Junichi Wada at Satelight.
▍Story
The plot is based on Furyu’s PSV/PS4 title The Caligula Effect.
The Go-Home Club is a group of high school students living in an utopia-like high school setting indefinitely, but little do they know they are in fact trapped in a virtual reality program called Mobius. The story begins when they try to run from this never ending school life, escape from Mobius and more importantly, from its overseer “μ”.
