Popular light novel series That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime (転生したらスライムだった件) is getting a TV anime adaption soon. The news will be confirmed in volume 12 sold on 9th March 2018.
According to the picture leaked online, the announcement is printed on volume 12’s paper band. The anime will premiere in 2018 Autumn.

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime is written by Fuse (伏瀬) and illustrated by Mitz Vah. It was first serialised online for free in 2013 and has been commercialised by MicroMagazine since 2014. A manga adaptation illustrated by Taiki Kawakami has been up on Monthly Shonen Sirius since 2015.
▍Story
37-year-old Satoru Mikami is unfortunately killed by a person who attacked random civilians. After a long sleep, he wakes up to find himself unable to see and hear things, and his body round like ball.
Satoru has become a slime named Rimuru Tempest in another universe. With his powerful skills, Rimuru is not just a stupid-looking slime, but also a fierce demon lord.
