Suspense novel series Babylon (バビロン) has just announced a TV anime adaption. The release schedule is still unconfirmed.
Except that the anime is being animated at Revoroot and Twin Engine, not much is known at the moment.
Babylon is written by Mado Nozaki (野﨑まど) and illustrated by Zai. The plot centres on Zen Seizaki, a detective in Tokyo, and follows his investigation of an unethical research as well as the conspiracy behind. Three books have been published by Kodansha since 2015.
