ASOBISM has confirmed the release date of multiplayer tactical RPG, GUNBIT (ガンビット), as 15th May. Pre-registration of the game has also started.
The game is developed by Moriyama Studio, which is also responsible in the development of mobile game Dragon Poker and Castle & Dragon, under the leadership of game producer Hiroshi Moriyama.
▍Gameplay
Multiplayer battles will be available as players control the toy-like characters ‘BIT” to move, attack, summon and cast skills by simply tapping the phone. Maximum nine players are able to battle online under four different battle mode.
The game has different BIT for selection and each has its unique skills. You can also select the careers of the BIT, such as warriors and magicians. Some of the BIT are controlled by multiplayer with more powerful skills. Players can design the look of their BIT according to their preferences and strengthen their skills by collecting points and props in the battle.
The renowned voice casts for BIT is also a highlight. Some of them include Show Aikawa, Sumire Uesaka, Yūki Kaji, Ai Kayano, Katsuyuki Konishi, Daisuke Namikawa, Aya Hirano, Yui Horie, and Kappei Yamaguchi.
