TV anime adaptation of FUNA’s comedy fantasy light novel series “Didn’t I Say to Make My Abilities Average in the Next Life?!” (私、能力は平均値でって言ったよね！) revealed new main visual and PV, and also announced to premiere on 7th October.
The anime is directed by Himouto! Umaru-chan (干物妹！うまるちゃん) director Masahiko Ohta (太田雅彦), written by “Re-Kan!” series composition and scriptwriter Takashi Aoshima (たかしあおしま), and animated by Project No.9.
The anime opening theme song “SmileSkill-SukiSukill!” is performed by its four main voice actresses: Azumi Waki (和氣あず未), Sora Tokui (徳井青空), Fumiko Uchimura (内村史子), Masumi Tazawa (田澤茉純), and the ED song “Genzai↑Banzai” by Waki are also revealed for the first time in the video.
▍Story
When Mile became 12 years old, she remembered everything with an intense headache. Her previous self, Kurihara Misato, 18 years old Japanese, lost her life when trying to help a young girl, and then she met God…
A somewhat capable person burdened by the many expectations of the surrounding people, Misato, who couldn’t live as she wanted, pleaded to God.“In the next life, please make my abilities average!”
Yet, somehow the story is wrong!
The girl, who wants to live normally with her normal friends, accidentally become a S-rank hunter and is called to start an unusual adventure?
