DMM GAMES otome browser and smartphone game “Bungo to Alchemist” (文豪とアルケミスト) revealed the key visual and official website for its anime adaptation, “Bungō to Alchemist: Shinpan no Haguruma” (文豪とアルケミスト ～審判ノ歯車～). The anime is scheduled to premiere this April.

“Bungo to Alchemist” is originally a simulation game, where players play as a librarian who joins forces with the reborn literary figures. They fight together to protect literature from the mysterious forces, which try to corrode the literature.

▍Staff and Production
The anime series is directed by “Tokyo Ghoul:re” director Toshinori Watanabe (渡部 穏寛) and animated by OLM. Jirō Ishii (イシイ ジロウ) is credited for the anime’s world setting after being credited for the same in the game. “Persona 3 the Movie” series scriptwright Jun Kumagai (熊谷 純) is writing and supervising the series scripts. “Bleach” key animation Atsuko Nakajima (中嶋 敦子) is serving as character designer and chief animation director.
