Based on Fumikane Shimada’s (島田 フミカネ) mixed media franchise “Strike Witches “, the TV anime adaptation “Strike Witches: Road to Berlin” reveals a teaser visual and the 2nd PV. The anime is scheduled to premiere in October 2020.

In 1944, the world lived in fear of unidentified flying objects that even the military couldn’t thwart! Humanity turns its desperate eyes to the girls of the 501st Joint Fighter Wing, better known as the Strike Witches. These dolls blast aliens to bits in the bat of an eyelash, and with a little magic and a whole lot of leg, the girls of the 501st are winning the war on pants—and aliens!
▍Staff and Production
David Production is animating the series with Kazuhiro Takamura (高村和宏) returning from the previous series as director, Striker Unit is handling the series composition, and Tatsuhiko Urata (浦畑達彦) is credited as the chief writer.
Another new “Strike Witches” anime project titled as “Luminous Witches” has been announced and will air in 2021.
