NetEase’s asymmetrical survival game “Identity V” today (14th December) confirms a collaboration with the TV anime “The Promised Neverland”. Though the collaboration details are not yet revealed, a teaser trailer is streamed giving a hint of the atmosphere.

▍About “The Promised Neverland”
“The Promised Neverland” is a manga series written by Kaiu Shirai and illustrated by Posuka Demizu. It was serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump from August 2016 to June 2020, with the individual chapters collected and published by Shueisha into twenty tankōbon volumes.
The manga won the Best Shōnen Manga award at the 63rd Shogakukan Manga Award in January, was nominated for the 11th Manga Taisho awards in January, and was nominated for the 22nd Annual Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize in February. The series also topped the 2018 edition of Takarajimasha’s Kono Manga ga Sugoi! (This Manga Is Amazing!) guidebook’s list of manga for male readers. As of October 2020, the manga had over 25 million copies in circulation, including digital versions, making it one of the best-selling manga series.
