Bandai Namco Entertainment’s “The Idolm@ster SideM Growing Stars” (アイドルマスターSideM GROWING STARS) new mobile game has revealed a new promotional video and detailed gameplay during the live stream on June 9. A new idol group C.FIRST is also confirmed to join the franchise!

▍Gameplay
Developed by Bandai Namco Studio, “The Idolm@ster SideM Growing Stars” centers on the male idols of 315 Production of the “The Idolm@ster SideM” franchise.
■ Idols with vivid movements & expressions
Incorporating a new expression method that makes the graphics move vividly, the game tends to deliver the movements and facial expressions of the idols in order to convey their individuality.
■ Brand-new story
The fully-voiced story depicts the bond and growth of idols and producers. It also features Individual idol episodes and episode zero that tells the reason why they became idols. The idol units will have brand-new stage costumes and logos in the game. You can also interact with the idols via calls and messages.
■ Rhythm Gameplay
“The Idolm@ster SideM Growing Stars” features standard rhythm gameplay with music full of exhilaration and speed. In addition to gorgeous animation, some of the songs have a Singing Part function, in which players can select the performer by team building.
The difficulty level of the songs can be selected from 4 levels: EASY, NORMAL, HARD, and EXPERT.
The release date of “The Idolm@ster SideM Growing Stars” has not yet been announced. More information will be revealed in the second live stream on July 17.
▍New Idol Group C.FIRST
A new three-member idol unit C.FIRST (class first) is also revealed. The three high-schoolers are presidents of the student council and they become idols for a certain reason.
