Today (30th Sept), CAPCOM held their TGS2021 Monster Hunter Spotlight online special. During the program, CAPCOM dived into the making of Monster Hunter Rise and revealed two new collaborations that will be added to the game in the future.
The first collaboration CAPCOM revealed is the Monster Hunter Rise x Ghosts’n Goblins Resurrect. The collaboration will feature the Arthur Layered Armor, special collaboration weapons like Arthur’s signature lance, hammer, and a special “lance throw” animation. The collaboration will start on 29th Oct.
CAPCOM also announced that in celebration of Sonic the Hedgehog’s 30th Anniversary, Monster Hunter and Sonic will join forces for a special collaboration. CAPCOM has yet to reveal any information on the collaboration as of this moment.
CAPCOM also revealed that Monster Hunter Rise will be coming to PC in 12th January 2022.
