Sony Music Solutions announced a new mobile app Sokubaku Kareshi (Binding Boyfriend)based on the conversational AI service, Sokubaku Kareshi: Aki Shindo, provided on Twitter from this spring. Pre-registration of the app also opens today on November 11.
In Sokubaku Kareshi, players will be able to proceed the story by communicating with the two characters, Aki Shindo and Gen Matsuki using Sony’s newly developed conversational AI technology. The app is set to release in 2021 in Japan.

■ Next-generation AI dialogue experience that remembers users
Players will be able to chat with the two characters like he is your boyfriend by freely typing on the chat screen. The AI characters will memorize the conversation with you, and activate AI dialogue based on the information you provided.
■ A peek at your boyfriend’s daily lives
The “Pet Camera” function allows you to take a sneak peek at your boyfriend’s daily lives. The time in the app is in sync with the real world so you can know what they are doing everyday.
You can also move the camera and take a look into his room. But you may not be able to find him when he goes out.
■ Fully voiced story with your boyfriend
You can unlock the fully voiced stories by deepening the relationship with your boyfriend. Aki Shindo is voiced by Kikunosuke Toya and Gen Matsuki is voiced by Taku Yashiro. You can also collect beautiful CG in the story!
▍Sokubaku Kareshi Pre-registration
Players can now pre-register Sokubaku Kareshi by following the official Twitter/ LINE/ via App Store/ Google Play. All players can obtain Ring x 10 and Free Love x 50 when the pre-registration reaches 50,000.
