Tatsuki Fujimoto’s Chainsaw Man revealed a special PV for the manga’s part two, which will release in summer 2022 on Shōnen Jump+. The series’ anime adaptation is also confirmed to debut in 2022.
The manga’s second part will be a direct continuation from chapter 97m which focuses on Denji attending school and trying to balance his new life with his responsibility as Chainsaw Man.
The story of Chainsaw Man follows Denji, a young boy who turns into a human-devil hybrid after being killed by the devil and merging with a chainsaw devil Pochita. Denji gets Pochita’s chainsaw ability and becomes a member of the governmental devil hunters.
The first part of Chainsaw Man serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine from December 2018 to December 2020. Its chapters have been collected in nine tankōbon volumes as of November 2020. The manga had over 5 million copies in circulation as of December 2020. The
