The official website for the anime adaptation of Yuto Yotsuba and Ryō Ogawa’s Ya Boy Kongming! manga released a brand new trailer and key visual.
In the video, more cast members are announced, alongside a sneak peek at the ending theme song, titled “Kibun Jōjō ↑↑” (Literal translation: “I’m Super Pumped↑↑”). This is the cover version of mihimaru GT’s 2006 hit song by Eiko and is now sung by 96Neko.
The comedy anime follows the story of Kongming, a General of the Three Kingdoms, who had struggled his whole life, facing countless battles that made him into the accomplished strategist he was. So on his deathbed, he wished only to be reborn into a peaceful world… and was sent straight to modern-day party-central, Tokyo! Can even a brilliant strategist like Kongming adapt to the wild beats and even wilder party people?!
