The official website of the anime adaptation of Cygames’s Shadowverse card battle smartphone game started streaming the second PV for its upcoming Shadowverse Flame anime series. Three additional cast was also announced. The series will premiere on April 2, 2022.
In this video, we get a reveal and preview at the anime’s opening theme song, “The Mind’s Eye” (心眼) by Lanndo featuring Keina Suda. The website also reveals that the ending theme song is “My Turn” (マイターン), and it will be sung by Yui Ogura.
The story of Shadowverse Flame follows Light Tenryū, who recently transferred to Shadowverse College, a facility that trains professional Shadowverse players.
One day, he decides to join Seventh Flame, one of the seven Shadowverse clubs. However, Seventh Flame is on the verge of being shut down due to lack of members. In order to avoid the club’s demise, Light decides to look for new members to join the club.
