Japanese animation studio Doga Kobo（動画工房）revealed that they would be making a sequel that had been much requested. Rumor has it that they are going to make a Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun（月刊少女野崎くん）sequel.
Beside Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun, Doga Kobo has also previously produced popular titles like Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru（刀剣乱舞-花丸-）and Himouto! Umaru-chan（干物妹!うまるちゃん）. Yet, Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun is the most well-received work made by this studio. It is very possible they will be working on the series’ second season.
