The news that make fans’ react like the lyric "you wa shock" from the opening of Fist of the North Star (北斗の拳) is actually the announcement of a Fist of the North Star play.
Manga Fist of the North Star (written by Buronson and illustrated by Tetsuo Hara) will be having its 35th birthday next year. The eighties classic on Weekly Shonen Jump is going to get adapted to a stage play called Fist of the North Star Seikimatsu Zako Densetsu (北斗の拳 ‐世紀末ザコ伝説‐) in commemoration of such a milestone.
The play’s theme is "a play that is of losers, by losers, for losers, has losers only". Part of the cast has been revealed. It is uncertain what and how the exceedingly muscular characters are going to be included.
