The sequel to the Misfit of Demon King Academy’s anime, The Misfit of Demon King Academy 2 unveiled a new trailer, key visual, and release date, with the anime coming in January 2023.
The new trailer shows off characters we’ve seen from the first season make a return. This time, however, Anos Volidigoad has a new voice actor, with Yuichiro Umehara replacing Tatsuhisa Suzuki. The new trailer also reintroduces characters like Misha Necron, Sasha Necron, Lay Glanzudlii, Eleonore Bianca, Zeshia Bianca, and Misa Ilioroagu, with the original voice actors reprising their roles.

Once the ruler of the world and having led a life of absolute destruction, warfare, and death. The demon king Anos Voligoad decides to find peace from the mundane life of bloodshed and decides to reincarnate himself in the future into an age of peace.
When Anos is reborn, he finds himself in a world where magic wielders have to attend an academy to develop their abilities. Retaining all of his memories and godlike powers, Anos attends the academy, enjoying his time as a revered student among his peers. However, he senses something lurking in the shadows, and while living his life as a student, decides to find out more about the world that he left behind 2000 years ago.
