The manga series for Kaguya-sama: Love is War recently concluded, and shortly after its conclusion, the anime film for the series titled Kaguya-sama: Love is War – The First Kiss Never Ends, has unveiled its theatrical premiere on December 17!
Based on the story arc of the same name, this anime film is set to open in Japan on that date, and the film will be getting a sneak-peek advanced screening at Anime NYC on November 19. The anime film will also be aired on television in Japan after its theatrical release.

Kaguya-Sama: Love is War is a manga and anime series written by Aka Akasaka, who is also currently working on Oshi no Ko.
The story focuses on Kaguya Shinomiya and Kei Shirogane, as the two try to get the other to confess to each other! Both are actually infatuated with one another but have planted deep into their heads that the other person has to confess first or else it’s somehow their loss! The series is full of comedic situations also happening as a result of the members of the student council, filled with a colorful cast of characters, and relatable situations.
The manga series officially ended on November 2 after it entered its final arc in October 2021, ending the series’ original run after it began on May 19, 2015.
