The official YouTube channel of King Amusement Creative started streaming the first trailer for the upcoming original anime Mahō Shōjo Magical Destroyers. The trailer reveals that the anime will be airing on April 2023 at the Animeism programming block on MBS and other channels.
The trailer also previews the anime’s opening song “MAGICAL DESTROYER” by Aimi, as well as “Gospelion in a classic love”, the ending song by The 13th tailor. Hiroshi Ikehata is directing the anime at Bibury Animation Studios. Masao Kawase is the assistant director. Daishiro Tanimura is in charge of the series scripts.
Mahō Shōjo Magical Destroyers is an original Japanese anime series created by Jun Inagawa. The story centers around a young revolutionary “otaku hero” who loves otaku culture and has three magical girls named Anarchy, Blue, and Pink, who all adore him. The story is set in a version of Japan where otaku culture has been eliminated by a mysterious organization known as the SSC. Together with the three girls, the otaku hero fights to restore a world where people can say they like what they like without being oppressed.
