Nintendo announced that the third wave of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Expansion Pass downloadable content will be coming on February 15. A brief teaser trailer of the story expansion was also revealed, uncovering a new story chapter for the adventurers.
During the trailer, the brand-new story expansion for Xenoblade Chronicles 3 was revealed. Not much is shown, but we are able to get a quick glimpse of grown-up versions of Rex, the Xenoblade Chronicles 2 protagonist, and Shulk, the Xenoblade Chronicles 1 protagonist! More details about this expansion should be released soon!
▍ Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Expansion Pass Wave 3
■ New Character: Masha!
In a brand-new Quest, players will meet Masha, a lapidarist who will join the party. Masha is capable of crafting various accessories that will aid you in battle.
■ New Challenge: Archsage’s Gauntlet
A new mode will be available in the Challenge Realms, called the Archsage’s Gauntlet! In this, you can only choose one character and defeat hordes of enemies! At the end of each wave, you can add random characters, as well as random buffs to your team to hopefully get to the end! Truly, you can now experience the thrill of a rouge-lite!
■ New Outfits!
Brand-new outfits will be available for Noah’s companions! You can dress them up as past Xenoblade Chronicles characters! In addition, Masha’s class will also be added once a character inherits her class and masters it.
