At the”Demon Slayer TV – Swordsmith Village Arc New Information Announcement SP” program streamed on March 1, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc, the third season of the Demon Slayer anime series, finally has a premiere date on April 9. The first episode will be a one-hour special.
Man with a Mission collaborates with Milet for the opening theme song “Miracle of Bonds” (絆ノ奇跡). A CD of the opening theme song featuring an original cover of the anime will release on May 31.
In addition, two special edited versions of the Demon Slayer: Entertainment District Arc” will air on April 1 and 8 on Fuji TV’s “Saturday Premium” time slot ahead of the premiere of the new season.
The key visual for the second book of Natsuki Hogami’s Demon Slayer: Kimetsu Academy spinoff series was also revealed. This time, the book will focus on the Sound Hashira. The learning article series, which was serialized in the Monthly Shonen Jump and featured the nine Hashira teaching about their breathing techniques, has been well-received and is being upgraded to a tankōbon series.
Each Pillar will have their own book, with a total of nine volumes planned. The books will also include a special manga by Natsuki Hokami, the creator of Kimetsu Gakuen!, that reveals the teachers’ private lives.
The first two volumes, Flame Breathing Style and Sound Breathing Style will be released simultaneously on March 17 to commemorate the start of the series.
