Below is a comprehensive guide on transferring your account. Whether you’d obtained a new account or just finished re-rolling, follow the steps below so you can safely transfer any information. One thing to remember, if you’re transferring between two different OS (Android and iPhone), you will lose all your obtained gems. Unless if you keep them in the present box before transferring, make sure to use them all!
▍Backing Account Through SNS or Password
1. On the main home screen, click on the button on the top right. This will bring up the settings menu.
2. Pick the third option from the top of the index.
3. This will bring up another window indicating if you would like to continue. Click on the orange button to accept and continue.
4. You will be given the option to choose from Facebook, Twitter, or create a password to back up your data. If you do not want to back up your account through Facebook or Twitter, select the third option to create a password.
NOTE: Your password must be between 8-16 characters which must include at least ONE UPPER case letter, ONE LOWER case letter, and ONE NUMBER. You will be prompted to type your password twice, so don’t misspell it! Your newly created password will only last 90 days before it EXPIRES, so make sure to change it before the 90th day!
▍Finding User ID
If you have completed the steps above correctly, you have now completed backing up your account! There’s one last crucial step before transferring and it’s finding your user ID. To find your user ID, you will need to navigate back to the menu shown in the second step and scroll down to the second to last option. You will now be shown your user ID, so make sure to write it down and keep it safe somewhere!
▍Transferring Your Account
1. After obtaining your password and user ID or your SNS info, you can now transfer your account! To transfer your account on a new device or same device, you will need to re-start the application and navigate to the Title Screen.
2. Once you arrive at the title screen, click on the button appearing on the bottom right corner. You will access another screen that will ask you if you would like to transfer your account. You will then be prompted to choose between SNS or Password and user ID to transfer.
3. The third option is for using your password and user ID to transfer data.
4. Fill in the user ID and password. Click the orange button to finish the process, and it’s done!
