The staff behind season 2 of the Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation anime unveiled a new trailer, a second key visual featuring Fitts, a new list of staff for the anime’s 2nd season, and that the anime is coming this July.
The new trailer shows up the events leading up to Rudeus’ enrollment in the Ranoa Magic Academy, with him being more serious than ever to learn magic so he can protect those he loves. The anime also released a new visual, this time with Fitts turning her head to look at Rudeus as could be seen from the other perspective in the first visual.
The new staff list sees the departure of a few members, most notably director Manabu Okamoto is stepping down from his role as director, with season 1’s assistant director Hiroki Hirano stepping up to the role, with Toshiya Ono filling for series composition. Character design is now being handled by Mae Shimada, and the series now has an acoustics director named Kawahita Akeda. The rest of the staff members are returning from the first season.
