Sega and Amplitude Studios announced that the upcoming roguelite tactical action game Endless Dungeon has been delayed from its May 18 release date to October 19.
The delay includes every version of the game from PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. The developers actually explained in-depth the reasoning behind the game’s delay, including needing more time to polish the game, and how certain aspects like the game’s progression felt too random, the economy needed tweaking, and general adjustments to game balancing and multiplayer.
To make up for the delay, the developers announced that players who purchased the Last Wish Edition will still get access to the game’s closed beta, but because of the delay it will be happening sometime in September. In addition, all players will receive three additional skins for free for early buyers and those that pre-order the game for a limited tine.
Endless Dungeon is coming to the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on October 19.

Endless Dungeon is a roguelite tactical action tower defense shooter set in the Endless universe by Amplitude Studios. The game has you and two other players fighting for your lives in a gauntlet of stages as you and your shipwrecked party protect crystals against neverending monsters.
Stranded on an abandoned space station, you and your team have to reach the core while defending the Crystal bot with the objective to reactivate the space station and escape. In the game, you can pick between multiple characters each with their own weapons, stats, and unique play styles.
As you play through each stage you’re expected to fall in combat, but that’s fine because you’ll be sent back to the saloon where you can upgrade your characters with more powerful weapons, unlock new paths to the core, drink buffing drinks, and listen to soothing music before you make your way back out to hell.
