GMIX announced a new otome project Particle Boys (Particle Boys～素粒子男子) today (16th August). The mulitmedia franchise has already got merchandise, Line stickers and manga.
Set in modern Japan, the project revolves around young men who are science buff. The guys are all personified particles.
• Up Quark
Down’s twin brother. An outgoing third year student who likes inventing things.
• Down Quark
Up’s twin brother. An introverted third year student who also likes inventing things.
• Higgs Bozon
A mysterious guy who looks quite cowardly.
• Gluon Adler
A clumsy guy who doesn’t clean his room often. Fancy sticky stuff like Chinese Yam.
• Electron
The oldest among the five guys but looks like a kid. Has a body full of static.
