The manga has been published in English as Fly Me to the Moon by VIZ Media under the Shonen Sunday imprint since September 8, 2020. The story follows Nasa Yuzaki, a brilliant young man who is involved in an accident on the day of his high school entrance exams. He is saved by a mysterious girl named Tsukasa Tsukuyomi, who he falls in love with and confesses to at a bus stop. Tsukasa agrees to date him, but only if they get married first. Years later, when Nasa turns 18, Tsukasa appears at his doorstep with a marriage registration form, and they begin their married life together.
