Back in 2012, KEMCO released Fantasy Chronicle for iOS/Android as a paid mobile RPG. Today (1st November), KEMCO releases a free-to-play version for RPG lovers to experience the adventure Fantasy Chronicle offers.
▍Story
The story follows Light, an orphan who grew up in the village of Selka. After achieving his dream of joining Holos Over, Light swore to protect his village. However, on his first mission, someone attacked and destroyed Selka.
In his time of grief, Light hears the call of a legendary Guardian Beast. In order to obtain special abilities, Light accepts the call and makes a covenant with the powerful beast.
▍Gameplay
Players will be able to form contracts with different Guardian Bests which gives players different skills that will affect their style of combat. The game features all the key ingredients that makes a good RPG, from summoning, weapon crafting and upgrading to actual farming to obtain ingredients and materials.
