Dragonball Z (ドラゴンボールZ) is currently in partnership with chemical and cosmetics company Kao to produce limited edition household cleaning products. In the collaboration commercial video, Bulma appears with a new voice for the first time after her original voice actress passed away last year.
The new voice actress has been confirmed to be Hisakawa Aya, who is known for her role as Sailor Mercury in Sailor Moon and Cerberus in Cardcaptor Sakura.

On 16th November 2017, Bulma’s original voice actress Hiromi Tsuru (57) was found unconscious on a highway in Tokyo. She was later pronounced dead due to an aortic dissection.
The replacements for Hiromi’s roles in other series are not yet decided.
