Written by Kenji Inoue (井上堅二) and illustrated by Kimitake Yoshioka, the manga has been serialized in “good! Afternoon” since 2014. The protagonist Iori Kitahara is a mechanical engineering student at Izu University. As a poor swimmer, he finds no interest in diving until a group of fun, alcohol-loving seniors make him join the school’s scuba diving club – Peek a Boo.
The anime is currently in production at Zero-G. Shinji Takamatsu (Gintama) is both the director and the screenwriter.
