Over the weekend, Netflix announced a new Ghost in the Shell anime project titled Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045. The new series will premier on Netflix in 2020.
Netflix has confirmed that Kenji Kamiyama and Shinji Aramaki will be directing the new project. The new series will be a 3DCG anime produced by Production I.G and Sola Digital Arts. Visuals for the new series has also been revealed on Netflix’s official Twitter for sci-fi and fantasy series.
