In the February issue of Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shonen Magaine, CAPCOM will launch a new manga adaptation of their Dragon’s Dogma Online game.
Dragon’s Dogma launched for PS3 and Xbox 360 back in May 2012, and the expansion Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen was released in 2013. The game then shipped for PC early 2016 just after Dragon’s Dogma Online launched for PS3, PS4 and PC in August 2015.
The new manga, titled Dragon’s Dogma Revives, is drawn by Yumiya Tashiro and will start off with a 74-page chapter with a color opening page.
The story revolves around childhood friends Yugo and Tenia. Yugo is an aspiring herbalist whilst Tenia aims to be a hunter. One day as a band of Arisen knights pass through their village looking for new arisen to join their ranks Tenia reveals that she is an Arisen and wishes to travel with them.
