Bandai card game brand AI CARDDASS confirmed the release date of its first smartphone card game ZENONZARD (ゼノンザード) on 10th September. A TV anime adaptation of the game is also announced.
AI (Artificial Technology) is the main focus of the game, which allows players to battle against AI, join hands with AI or even nurture your AI.
The AI technology, which is named Codeman in the ZENONZARD, can analysis the data of individual player, so as to develop its unique personality and battling style. Your AI will also gives you advice during battles, guiding you to the road of success.
▍Gameplay
The card battles is largely affected by the following features.:
■ Force
Force is the unique power that reinforce the ability of your card. Players can select two forces before battles and the choice will greatly affect the result even with the same card combinations.
■ Flash Timing
Players can use magic card during the flashing time even though it is the turn of your enemy. The timing is crucial and it may help you turn the game around.
■ Mana System
The Mana System allows you to enhance the card ability with your army. Strategy will be needed on how to use your army effectively.

▍TV Anime ZENONZARD THE ANIMATION Announced
A TV anime adapting the ZENONZARD universe is also announced under the title of ZENONZARD THE ANIMATION. The anime will follow the story of highschooler Azuma Souta (東蒼汰) partnering with very high performance AI Airietta Rasshu (アイリエッタ・ラッシュ) in the AI battling competition, THE ZENON. The 0 episode of the anime is expected to be released this summer
