Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle- (ヒプノシスマイク -Division Rap Battle-) streamed a new MV for its Nagoya division “Bad Ass Temple” with their debut song, “Bad Ass Temple Funky Sounds”.
▍MV
“Bad Ass Temple” is the six rap division of the mixed media project and their debut CD is scheduled to release on 27th November. Nagoya-based hip hop band “nobodyknows+” is credited for writing and composing the songs. The CD will include five tracks, including “Bad Ass Temple Funky Sounds”, three untitled solo songs by the three members, and a drama track.
“Bad Ass Temple” will also be joining the “Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle-5th LIVE” which will be held Saitama on 28th – 29th Match 2020.
▍Character and Cast
■ Kuko Harai (波羅夷 空候) – CV: Shota Hayama (葉山翔太)
Kuko is the team leader of “Bad Ass Temple’ and is also known by his MC name Evil Monk. He is 19 years old and a real monk. He used to be in a group with Ichiro, known as “Naughty Busters”.
■ Jyushi Aimono (四十物 十四) – CV: Yuki Sakakibara (榊原優希)
Jyushi uses the MC name 14th Moon. He is 18 years old and was the vocalist for a visual kei band. He was once a delinquent and respected Hitoya for saving him from the court as his defense lawyer.
■ Hitoya Amaguni (天国 獄) – CV: Eiji Takeuchi (竹内栄治)
Hitoya has the MC name Heaven and Hell. He is 35 years old and a lawyer. He likes money, but dislike everything evil in the world. Though he has a sharp tongue, he is extremely kind and gentle.
