Anime adaptation of Auri Hirao’s (平尾アウリ) comedy manga Oshi ga Budōkan Ittekuretara Shinu / I’d Die If the One I Support Makes It to the Budōkan (推しが武道館いってくれたら死ぬ) streams a 90-second trailer and reveals the cast of idol unit “ChamJam”.
The PV also introduces its ED song “♡Momoiro Kataomoi♡” (Pink Unrequited Love) by the protagonist Eripiyo’s cast Ai Fairouz. The song is a cover version of Aya Matsuura’s (松浦 亜弥) fifth single song in 2002, written/composed by Tsunku (つんく).
Animated by Eight Bit and directed by Encouragement of Climb (ヤマノススメ) director Yusuke Yamamoto (山本 裕介), the anime will premiere in January 2020. The opening will be performed by “ChamJam!” Under the title of “Clover Wish”.

▍Story
Eripiyo (えりぴよ) lives in Okayama Prefecture. She is an avid fan of an underground idol group, ‘ChamJam’. A member named Maina is her favorite and she decides to dedicate her life to support this girl by spending all of her life savings.
Among her fellow otaku, she’s simply called ‘legendary’ and everyone looks up to her for her passion. One day, Eripiyo says, ‘If Maina could sand one day on the Budoukan stage, I’ll die happy!’, and thus, Eripiyo sinks further into the world of an idol fan in support of her dream.
