To celebrate the eighth anniversary of Haruichi Furudate’s (古舘春一) hit shōnen manga “Haikyu!!” (ハイキュー!!), an original arts exhibition is set to open in Sendai’s TFU Gallery on 18th July 2020.
The exhibition will not only showcase the manga manuscript, “Haikyu!!” original goods and merchandise will be on sale in the exhibition area. The exhibition will also be held in Shibuya Hikarie in Tokyo this winter.
▍Exhibition Corner
The exhibition will follow the journey of the volleyball team of Karasuno High School as they met different strong teams in tournaments.
■ Karasuno High School
This corner focuses on the volleyball team of Karasuno High School and showcases the profile of the members.
■ “A Battle Of Concepts”
It centers on the battle of Karasuno High School vs. Shiratorizawa Academy High School. Karasuno, who were once named as the “Fallen Rivals” and “Flightless Crows”, defeats Shiratorizawa.
■ “Battle at the Trash Heap”
Karasuno battled against Nekoma high school in the nationals, a much awaited face-off.
