Square Enix announces that the smartphone game “Dragon Quest Tact” (ドラゴンクエストタクト) will open for pre-registration on 10th June 2020. The game is set to release in 2020. The survey data and comments collected from the CBT that held in February are also revealed.
▍Overview
“Dragon Quest Tact” is a turn-based SRPG, where players can command the signature monsters from the “Dragon Quest” series in battles. The 3D graphics and action will be the highlight of the game.
▍CBT Results
Around 85% of players participating in the CBT expressed that the game is fairly interesting and would install the game when it is officially released.
Some players admired the high quality of the 3D graphics and found it interesting to nurture the monsters. They also stated that it was fun to consider skill range and movement distance during battles. Contents that allow the usage of low-rank characters was a surprise.
