The TV anime “Heaven’s Design Team” (天地創造デザイン部) reveals the 2nd teaser video and additional cast members. It is schedule to premiere in 2021.
The new video previews the chaotic Heaven’s Animal Design Department, where designers create a variety of new animals daily while contending with the unreasonable requests of God.
As previously announced, Junya Enoki (榎木淳弥) plays the protagonist Shimoda (下田), who is an angel rookie that has to liaise between God and the Animal Design Department. Yumi Hara (原 由実) plays Ueda (上田), an angel and the supervisor of Shimoda.

■ Tsuchiya (土屋) – CV: Kazuhiko Inoue (井上和彥)
Tsuchiya is the head of Heaven’s Animal Design Department and is particularly satisfied by the design of horse, the work of his own.
■ Kimura (木村) – CV: Yūichirō Umehara (梅原裕一郎)
Kimura is an anime designer and his representative work is cow. He reckons that “taste” is one of the crucial factors for his design and thus tastes the animals for inspiration.
■ Mizushima (水島) – CV: Junichi Suwabe (諏訪部順一)
Mizushima is an anime designer and his representative work is snake. He strives to create simple yet innovative designs. He respects Tsuchiya as a designer.
■ Kanamori (金森) – CV: Daisuke Kishio (岸尾だいすけ)
Kanamori is an anime designer and his representative work is bird. He has his own aesthetics and beauty is all he cares about.
■ Meido (冥戸) – CV: Naomi Ohzora (大空直美)
Meido is an anime designer and her representative work is poisonous frog. Her standard of cuteness is unique and always results in creating poisonous animals.
■ Kaibara (海原) – CV: Ryota Takeuchi (竹內良太)
Kaibara is an anime designer and his representative work is kangaroo. He is kind and gentle, and always creates super kawaii animals.
■ Kikuchi (火口) – CV: Asuna Tomari (泊明日菜)
She is an engineer who is responsible for bringing the designs to real animals.
■ Kenta (ケンタ) – CV: Hina Kino (木野日菜)
He is the grandson of Tsuchiya.
■ Yokoda (横田) – CV: Ryōta Ōsaka (逢坂良太)
He was originally a subordinate of Ueda, but now works in Hell. He is designing a Dark and Fire Theme Park.
■ Mushibe (虫部) – CV: Takahiro Mizushima (水島大宙)
He is an insect expert who designs and studies insects.
■ God – CV: Naoki Tatsuta (龍田直樹)
The creator of all. He always makes unreasonable requests that challenge the anime designer. Only the design that he likes can turn to real-life animals.

The story takes place in the Heaven’s Animal Design Department, where designers create a variety of new animals daily while contending with the unreasonable requests of their client: God.
