Aniplex x Noriyasu Agematsu x A-1 Pictures’ “Visual Prison” original anime starts streaming the first trailer previewing the ending song “Guilty † Cross” (ギルティ†クロス) performed by the project’s unit ECLIPSE. The anime is scheduled to debut in October 2021.
“Utano☆Princesama Legend Star” director Takeshi Furuta is serving as the chief director with Tomoya Tanaka directing at A-1 Pictures. “The Idolm@ster SideM” anime writer Yukie Sugawara is supervising the series scripts. Minako Shiba is adapting the original character designs by Ikumi Katagiri for animation. Noriyasu Agematsu, who is the creator of “Symphogear” series and provided tracks for “Uta no Prince-sama” and “BanG Dream!”, is credited as original work.
“Visual Prison” tells the story of the vampires, who face themselves through “songs” and “friends.” Elements Garden, a group of music creators who focus on anime and game songs led by Noriyas, will be in charge of music, including the visual kei songs sung by the three vampire units.
