The TV anime adaptation of Zappon’s fantasy light novel Banished from the Hero’s Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside revealed the second promotional video, theme songs, additional cast and staff. The anime series was originally scheduled to debut in July, but has been postponed to October 6, 2021.
Yui Nishio performs the opening song “Take a breath, Take a Breath Here and Live” (息を吸うここで吸う生きてく), while pop band JYOCHO performs the ending song “All the Same” (みんなおなじ).

▍Synopsis
A heroic and mighty adventurer dreams of…opening a pharmacy? Red was once a member of the Hero’s party, a powerful group destined to save the world from the evil forces of Taraxon, the Raging Demon Lord. That is, until one of his comrades kicked him out.
