Eureka Seven (交響詩篇エウレカセブン) previously announced three new animation movies. The first movie was confirmed to be released in Fall this year in both Japan and the US in Anime Boston 2017 (2nd April).
The movie series Eureka Seven Hi-Evolution is a three-part prequel scheduled to be out in 2017, 2018 and 2019 respectively. The exact release dates are still unknown. In the event, producer Masahiko Minami (南 雅彦) from Bones Inc. also revealed a visual for the Nirvash that is featured in the coming movies.
Eureka Seven is originally an TV anime series running from 2005 to 2006. It is set in a future where human beings live on a planet that is a complete wasteland. Renton Thurston, a 14-year-old boy, is dragged into a series of mysteries and conspiracies after he meets a mysterious girl called Eureka. Together they set out to uncover the truth that has long been hidden and forgotten.
