Following the previous release of the teaser website, Nippon Ichi Software has officially launched the official website for their "Mysterious Title", Hakoniwa Company Works (ハコニワカンパニワークス). With the release of the official website, more information on the game has surfaced.
Set in a world filled with floating islands, the story of the game is about a protagonist who lived a peaceful and ordinary life on a certain island, until one day the island was attacked by an evil company that destroys islands for floating stones. After being kicked out of his island, the protagonist meets Meme Kazamidori, who starts a new company with the protagonist, which cultivates islands, expands cities and takes requests from different people from different islands.
Hakoniwa Company Works features a turn-based combat with a few unique aspects. Asides from attacking enemies, players can destroy blocks with normal attacks and skills. Destroying different blocks will grant different materials which can be used to craft different items to expand the player’s base.
Hakoniwa Company Works is due out for PS4 on 13th July in Japan.
