Konami announced that Bail or Jail (or Obakeidoro! in Japan) asymmetrical multiplayer game will release on PC via Steam in 2022. A free demo version will also be available on May 11.
This title is a Steam port of the “Obakeidoro!” game released originally on the Nintendo Switch in 2019 by developer FREE STYLE. The PC version will support over 10 languages, such as English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified, and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and more.
▍About Bail or Jail
Bail Or Jail is an action party game that features asymmetrical multiplayer fun where four players are split into two teams – humans versus the monster. This title also features a “Free Match,” which allows players to play with people from around the world, and a “Friend Match,” which allows players to gather with friends online.
▍Bail or Jail Modes
In Bail or Jail, you have the option of the following modes:
■ Quick Match
In Quick Match, you’ll go up against random opponents online. Each hour, the map that you will play changes.
■ Friend Match
A mode where you can get together with your friends online and play against each other.
You can create a dedicated room to play with your friends or, for added safety, lock the room with a password.
■ Join Friend
A mode where you can join friends who are playing online. Instantly hop into your friend group and get into the action!
■ Single-Player Mode
A mode where you can play a stage as many times as you like. You can also obtain coins to buy new accessories for your character.
■ Local Multiplayer
In this mode, up to 4 players can play together using a single copy of the game and a single screen! The perfect mode for playing with your friends without having to connect to the Internet.
