Bandai Namco released a new trailer for its asymmetrical multiplayer game, Dragonball: The Breakers revealing Frieza, and finally gave us a release date of October 14 globally! The trailer also revealed the different editions of the game, alongside the announcement of a closed network test coming to the game on August 5 and August 6! You can register now for a chance to play the game early, with the registration deadline being on August 1.
Dragonball: The Breakers launches on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC, with PS5 and Xbox Series X|S compatibility on October 14.

Caught out by an unexpected temporal phenomenon, seven ordinary citizens find themselves stranded in a Temporal Seam; they share their imprisonment with a Raider, a menacing enemy from another timeline with overwhelming power.
Their only hope for survival is to break out of the Temporal Seam with the Super Time Machine but the Raider is on their backs and getting stronger by the minute.

▍Dragonball The Breakers Gameplay
Dragonball The Breakers is a 7v1 multiplayer game split between two teams, the Survivors and the Raider. Survivors work together completing multiple objectives alone, or as a group and racing to Bulma’s time machine in order to escape the deadly Raider before they take down all of the Survivors!
After each session, you will earn experience points you can spend on upgrading a Survivor or a Raider, unlocking new skills and perks, and tailoring that character to suit your play style.
While on the surface Dragonball The Breakers may look like a Dragonball version of Dead by Daylight and similar titles, Dragonball The Breakers includes new items and powerups from the Dragonball series, including the ability to temporarily transform into a Z warrior to fight on equal footing with the Raider, giving your team a chance to take down the Raider once and for all!

The Closed Network Test for the game begins on August 5, on August 6 at staggered 4-hour sessions. As it is a network test, an internet connection is required to participate, and you can register for the test right now on the game’s official website. The test is available for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC players!
