The 2012 and 2013 Berserk Golden Age Arc films are being remade into an enhanced TV Anime series titled Berserk Golden Age Arc Memorial Edition airing on TOKYO MX in October. Along with the release date, it has also been revealed that scenes that weren’t present in the original films, such as the Bonfire of Dreams are being added to the anime series as new cuts under the chief animation director, Naoyuki Onda. along with remasters of the original cuts.
Onda also released a new main visual drawn by him, and the series is going to feature the theme song “WISH” by Mika Nakashima, with additional music provided by Susumu Hirasawa and Shiro Sagisu. The film also released a video featuring the voice actor for Guts, Hiroaki Iwanaga, telling fans to look forward to the film.
Berserk Golden Age Arc Memorial Edition is set to broadcast in Japan in October 2022.

▍Berserk Golden Age Arc Story
The Berserk Golden Age Arc tells the story of Gut’s past when he met the Band of the Hawk and got to know Griffith, Casca, and the rest of his companions. The story was split into three separate films, beginning from his life as a child, until the events of the Eclipse which changed his Casca, and Griffith’s life forever, culminating at the end of the Golden Age Arc, and where we begin to see Guts in the early chapters of Berserk.
