The Director’s cut update and re-release of Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid Burst Forth!! Choro-gon Breath will officially be coming to PC and consoles on October 27!
PC players will be able to purchase the Director’s Cut on Steam, while console players can purchase the original title, then upgrade to the director’s cut via free downloadable content. The game also released a new gameplay showcase, showing off some pretty advanced gameplay of Tohru, Elma, and Kanna tearing through a later stage!

On just another average da Kobayashi receives a mysterious message, she goes with Tohru, Kanna, Elma, and Lucoa to Takiya’s home, and is suddenly pulled into the computer, trapped inside the PC in the world of a fantasy game!
To escape. they have to work together and beat the games thrown at them to survive, all while the characters talk to each other with the witty banter the series is known for! Build up your Dragon Gauge and unleash devastating attacks, while weaving through tons of projectiles!
The director’s cut features some new enhancements from the original version, including new illustrations for bosses by the original artist Coolkyousinnjya, and rebalanced difficulty across all stages. You can still choose to play the game in its new rebalanced difficulty modes, or stick with the original before you pick a stage.
